Who we are
KinecIT Advisory ("KinecIT Advisory," "we," "us") is a consulting practice based in Orange County, California, serving managed service providers (MSPs) remotely across the United States. This website is intended for business and professional users.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers visits to this website, inquiries submitted through our forms and requests for consultations. A separate written service agreement may address engagement-specific handling of confidential or client data, subject to applicable law.
Information you choose to submit
When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Full name and work email
- Company or MSP name
- Phone number, if you choose to provide it
- Approximate company or customer size
- Service interest
- Your message or description of your challenge
- Whether you checked the consent box
Our privacy request form collects your name, email, request type and any details you add. We also keep any later communications with you about your inquiry.
Please do not submit passwords, credentials, protected client records, or regulated or sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account or government ID data) through our general forms.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, when you visit, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, the pages requested, and basic request and diagnostic logs. This is used to deliver pages, route traffic, keep the site secure and monitor performance.
The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those fonts from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and standard browser information as part of that request.
We do not currently use analytics, advertising or social media tracking tools on this site. The site's software may use your browser's local storage or similar mechanisms for essential technical functions.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule conversations you request
- To understand your needs and assess whether our services fit
- To handle privacy requests
- To operate, maintain and protect the website
- To meet legal, tax, accounting and other business obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising as the site is currently configured. We do not add you to marketing emails unless you separately opt in.
Cookies and online tracking
We do not intentionally place advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers on this site. Essential technical mechanisms may be used where needed for the site to function.
Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because this site is not used for cross-site behavioral advertising, DNT signals do not currently change how the site operates.
Global Privacy Control. If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information for advertising, we will honor Global Privacy Control and similar opt-out signals where the law requires.
Third parties that deliver the site or its fonts may process request logs, but we do not authorize them to track your activity across other websites for advertising on our behalf.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and request records only as long as reasonably necessary to follow up, manage a client relationship, and meet business and legal needs. We periodically review and delete stale inquiries that did not lead to an engagement. Some records may need to be kept longer to meet legal, tax or contractual obligations. We will update this section if we adopt a formal retention schedule.
How we protect information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Form submissions are stored in a database configured so that website visitors can submit information but cannot read, change or delete submitted records. Access to stored submissions is limited to authorized account and workspace administrators and to the service providers that support the platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your requests and choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information you've submitted, or ask a question about this policy, using our privacy request form. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some requests may be limited by legal exceptions, such as records we must keep. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will tell you if we need more information or cannot fulfil a request.
California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants rights to consumers when a business meets certain legal thresholds. Whether or not those requirements apply to us, we will consider reasonable access, correction and deletion requests from any visitor. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so we do not offer a "Do Not Sell or Share" link.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Links to other websites
This site may link to other websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. We post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date at the top. For material changes, we may also display a notice on the site or contact affected people when appropriate.
